Subscription Agreement

The legal agreement (terms of service) established below governs the rights and obligations of cybernet.co.id ("Provider") and the service user ("Customer"). The service user is deemed to have understood and agreed to all contents of this agreement and is legally bound.

Introduction

Thank you for using our services. cybernet.co.id is a website providing hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, dedicated server, email server, G-suite, domain, and website content services. The parties hereby agree to the agreement and all its provisions.

This agreement (terms of service) is a standard agreement established by the Provider ("cybernet.co.id") to guarantee the security and comfort of usage.

If there are contradictions regarding the terms and conditions in this terms of service document, please contact us for further explanation.

Service Usage

  • Service Access. To use the services provided by the Provider, the Customer may require compatible devices and systems.
  • Age Restriction. All forms of products and services from the Provider agree to criminal and civil legal regulations and their derivatives, including age restrictions of the agreeing party.
    If you are under 21 years of age or not legally of age, any form of agreement will be considered null and void by law.
  • Third Parties. Any agreements you make with third parties, whether directly or indirectly influential, are entirely the Customer's responsibility, including access, content, and charged fees.
  • Unauthorized Access. You must maintain the confidentiality of access provided by the Provider and must not share it with others.
    Any form of unauthorized access, unlawful data retrieval, and hacking are serious violations. Such attempts may result in lawsuits, revocation of rights, termination of agreement, and reporting to authorities.
    The Provider is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by Customer negligence or due to "attacks" from third parties.
  • Provider Access Rights. The Provider ("cybernet.co.id") has the right to access the Customer's client area and control panel for technical support needs and other matters related to service monitoring and improvement.
  • Service Updates. The Provider strives to provide quality services and products to Customers. Therefore, any form of system updates (update & maintenance) may be performed automatically without prior notice.

Customer Data

The Provider guarantees the security of your personal data under the law and the morals of the privacy policy.

Any access to products, services, and payments must use genuine data and information from the Customer.

The following are the terms and conditions of the privacy policy that you must fulfill:

  • You must provide data including full name (personal/company), identity number, phone number, active email, and other personal information that may be required to use the Provider's services.
  • Any changes, replacements, and additions to customer information and data, whether due to incorrect entry or changes in management rights, must be done by submitting an official statement from the Customer to the Provider.
  • All notifications from the Provider will be sent via the email you provided. Failure to receive and read emails is entirely the Customer's responsibility.
  • The Provider has the right to send emails, including notifications, sales letters, newsletters, product campaigns, and offers to you, as well as all types of notifications regulated in the privacy policy.
  • This agreement binds the agreeing parties. Any transfer of access and service management is not permitted unless you have submitted a transfer notification to the Provider.
  • If the service package purchase is for a third party's needs, clear information regarding the management rights and ownership of the website must be attached.
  • Any claims regarding website management rights and ownership must be proven with a written statement or document to the Provider.
  • The Provider may suspend any service packages that have been purchased until the dispute process is completed.
  • If there is a claim from a second or third party, the dispute must be resolved in court and must obtain a legally binding judge's decision.
  • Changes to data and management caused by the death of the second party must be proven with an official certificate from the authorized party.
  • The Provider has the right to access the client area and control panel to check whether the second party has used the service in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Ownership & Access Rights

  • Proof of ownership and service access rights is the contract that the Customer agreed to and signed.
  • If the Customer is a "developer" using the Provider's service ("cybernet.co.id") for a third party, the Customer must attach the data and information of the agreeing party.
  • If a dispute over ownership and access rights to the service occurs, the Provider will suspend the account for 5x24 hours from the verification of the claim report.
  • The Provider will send a notification to the address and contact of the party that signed the service usage contract.
  • If the Customer does not respond to the Provider's notification within the specified time, the Provider will immediately process all submitted claims with the dispute resolution and claim protocol of cybernet.co.id.
  • Any ownership and access rights claims must be accompanied by strong evidence such as a contract, receipt, communication records, or an official court decision with permanent legal force.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of content, features, functions (including but not limited to all information, data, text, displays, images, videos, audio, design, structure, etc.), is entirely the property of the second party, licensors, or other providers.

All content, information, and data from your website will be protected by laws and regulations, copyrights, trademarks, trade secret rules, and other regulations governing intellectual property.

Content Policy

Every hosting service from the Provider highly upholds the legal and public moral regulations in Indonesia. Uploading inappropriate or illegal content means violating the service policy and may be subject to sanctions, including permanent service termination.

The following are some types of content not accepted by the Provider's service policy:

  • Pornography, violence, defamation, Hoaxes, and SARA (Ethnicity, Religion, Race, and Inter-group Relations).
  • All content that causes public unrest.
  • Violates the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the original owner.
  • Content that can spread hatred in society.
  • Fraudulent content, Ponzi, and/or pyramid schemes.
  • Phishing or other content/functions in the form of unlawful actions.
  • All illegal materials regulated by laws and other derivative regulations.

E-learning/CBT Hosting Restrictions

  • The Provider provides this service exclusively for related activities, including file storage on our server only for files related to such activities. Activities outside these purposes are prohibited from using this service.
  • This usage or activity is very heavy and burdens the server significantly. Therefore, the Provider can only strive to keep the server stable during use, but due to activities beyond the Provider's control, this service may become non-functional as a result of such usage load.
  • The Provider may discontinue this service if certain conditions require us to stop it, with compensation in the form of a refund after deducting ongoing usage costs.
  • To maintain stability, the Provider imposes technical restrictions, for example: blocking third-party applications or other matters that may interfere with or reduce the functionality of the application you are using.

Shared, Semi Dedicated & Unlimited Reseller Hosting Restrictions

The Provider is a shared hosting service provider. This means this service will be used by more than one customer.

Therefore, to guarantee service quality, the Provider imposes resource restrictions to maintain server stability.

These resource restrictions include CPU, RAM, INODE, I/O, and Database connection usage.

The Provider offers unlimited packages for reasonable website usage, and we do not log usage. Therefore, we hope customers can use the service optimally within reasonable use.

To maintain server stability, we do not permit CPU or RAM usage at 100% for more than one minute continuously.

The Provider is a website hosting service, and all files you upload are only for website creation purposes. Disk space on the hosting account cannot be used for backup file storage, including backup files for your own hosting service.

cybernet.co.id hosting services have file usage (inode) limits with varying amounts as indicated on the package information.

Other usage restrictions for cybernet.co.id hosting services apply to the following types of sites:

  • CBT/ONLINE EXAMS or similar activities
  • Online storage, file-sharing, movie storage, photo storage, software storage
  • Juce code plugin/ Google drive proxy Player Script (JUICYCODES)
  • Cron job usage with intervals less than 10 minutes
  • Live Streaming including video streaming or audio streaming even if files are not stored on our server
  • Broadcast or streaming of Live Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc.)
  • Manga/comic online sites
  • AGC sites
  • Download wrapper scripts
  • Topsites
  • HYIP Website
  • IRC Script / Bot
  • Proxy Script / Anonymisers
  • Pirated Software / Warez
  • Image Hosting Script (similar to Photobucket or TinyPic)
  • AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
  • IP Scanner
  • Brute Force Programs/Scripts/Applications
  • Mail bomb / Spam Script
  • Advertising sites (unless the script can be confirmed free from Ad BOTs)
  • Dump file / Mirror Script (similar to rapidshare)
  • Sale of controlled substances without prior proof of proper authorization
  • Lottery / Gambling / Gambling advertisement / Referral banners or links to other gambling websites (MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs)
  • Sites / archives / programs focused on Hackers
  • Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez / pirated / illegal content
  • Fraudulent sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
  • Illegal drug sales sites, Abortion drugs, some drugs especially imported drugs require sales authorization from the drug manufacturer.
  • VPN
  • Pornography sites
  • Sites with purposes and content suspected of spreading hatred, harassment, and false news (hoaxes).
  • Illegal files and documents.
  • Sites providing content without official licenses (movies, music, images, etc.)

Shared Hosting is only intended for websites, so email usage and related issues are not guaranteed under our service.

Email usage on Shared Hosting or Unlimited Shared Hosting is limited to a maximum of 50 sends per hour and 600 emails/24 hours, with a maximum total email storage usage of 10GB.

The Provider also implements a content size restriction of 100 megabytes per file to guarantee storage quality and other subsequent services.

These service restrictions may increase or decrease and will be adjusted according to policies made by the Provider.

Dedicated Hosting Restrictions

  • This service is a VPS service managed by us, and customers can use it with the same convenience as shared hosting.
  • The Provider limits 1 VPS to 1 customer.
  • Customers must complete payment before using the dedicated hosting service.
  • The Provider may suspend Dedicated Hosting if the customer is late in making payments until the due date.
  • The Provider can refund payment 7 days after this service is activated, and each customer can only use the payment refund once for all services that have been ordered.
  • Dedicated Hosting is not permitted for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: DDOS, Hacking Tools, Pornography (sexual content), Online gambling, human trafficking, fraud, and others.
  • Dedicated Hosting that has been permanently deleted (terminated) cannot be recovered.

VPS, Cloud Server & Dedicated Server Restrictions

Every customer must comply with all service restrictions for VPS, Cloud Server, and Dedicated Server. If the Provider finds irregularities in service usage that do not comply with this terms of service, the customer may be subject to sanctions from the Provider.

  • Virtual Private Server (VPS)
    • Virtual Private Server (VPS) is UNMANAGED.
    • Customers must complete payment before using the Virtual Private Server (VPS) service.
    • The Provider may suspend VPS if the customer is late in making payments until the due date.
    • The Provider cannot refund any payments made by the customer related to the Virtual Private Server (VPS) service.
    • VPS is not permitted for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: DDOS, hacking tools, pornography (sexual content), online gambling, human trafficking, fraud, and others.
    • Requests for upgrades and downgrades of Virtual Private Server (VPS) services can only be done by purchasing a new package.
    • Usage of services that potentially exhaust server bandwidth and violate the ethics of using unlimited hosting server services.
    • VPS that has been permanently deleted (terminated) cannot be recovered.
  • Cloud Server/Computer
    • Cloud Server/Computer is UNMANAGED.
    • Customers must complete payment before using the Cloud Server/Computer service.
    • The Provider may suspend Cloud Server/Computer if the customer is late in making payments until the due date.
    • The Provider cannot refund any payments made by the customer related to the Cloud Server/Computer service.
    • Cloud Server/Computer is not permitted for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: DDOS, hacking tools, pornography (sexual content), online gambling, human trafficking, fraud, and others.
    • Requests for upgrades and downgrades of Cloud Server/Computer services can only be done by purchasing a new package.
    • Usage of services that potentially exhaust server bandwidth and violate the ethics of using unlimited hosting server services.
    • Cloud Server/Computer that has been permanently deleted (terminated) cannot be recovered.
  • Dedicated Server
    • Dedicated Server is UNMANAGED.
    • Customers must complete payment before using the Dedicated Server service.
    • The Provider may suspend Dedicated Server if the customer is late in making payments until the due date.
    • The Provider cannot refund any payments made by the customer related to the Dedicated Server service.
    • Dedicated Server is not permitted for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: DDOS, hacking tools, pornography (sexual content), online gambling, human trafficking, fraud, and others.
    • Requests for upgrades and downgrades of Dedicated Server services can only be done by purchasing a new package.
    • Usage of services that potentially exhaust server bandwidth and violate the ethics of using unlimited hosting server services.
    • Dedicated Server that has been permanently deleted (terminated) cannot be recovered.

Email Hosting Restrictions

The Provider strictly prohibits any attempts and usage of email hosting services for activities that can be categorized as SPAM and other matters regulated as follows:

  • Sending emails exceeding the package limits agreed upon in the service purchase contract. Any violations of this rule may be indicated by the Provider as SPAM attempts or contract violations.
  • The maximum number of emails sent through (POP3/IMAP) standard service is 50 emails per hour per IP address.
  • The Provider has the right to deactivate email services due to blacklisting by SPAM Monitor on the server IP. Deactivating the email server is an action necessary to save the system from failure or error.
  • The Provider disables the PHP mail feature to reduce spamming risks.
  • Email Server is only for reasonable use, e.g., sending and receiving emails via webmail or email client.

G-Suite

The Provider provides G-Suite services and agrees to all terms applied by Google as the service owner.

For further information regarding G-Suite terms and conditions, customers can visit the "privacy & terms" section at Google (G-Suite).

WhatsApp Business API

The WhatsApp Business API service ("WhatsApp Service") is provided by the Provider as an official intermediary or partner provider of WhatsApp Business API services. By using this service, the Customer agrees to comply with all terms set by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") as the owner of the WhatsApp platform, as well as additional terms from the Provider.

  • Agreement to Meta's Terms. The Customer must comply with and is bound by the WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service and WhatsApp Commerce Policy established by Meta. Any violation of Meta's terms may result in service termination by the Provider and/or Meta.
  • Verification & Account Approval. Activation of the WhatsApp Service requires a verification process by Meta and the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to reject service requests if the Customer's identity cannot be verified, or if the intended use violates Meta's or the Provider's policies.
  • Permitted Use. The WhatsApp Service may only be used for:
    • Legitimate business communications with customers who have consented to communication.
    • Sending transaction notifications, service updates, or appointment reminders.
    • Customer support and legitimate business-related services.
    • Marketing campaigns that comply with WhatsApp communication policies and local regulations regarding recipient consent (opt-in).
  • Prohibited Use. The Customer is strictly prohibited from using the WhatsApp Service for:
    • Spam, fraud, or other illegal activities.
    • Sending content containing hate speech, violence, pornography, or illegal materials.
    • Sending mass messages (broadcast) to users without verifiable explicit consent (opt-in).
    • Abusing features or attempting to access systems beyond granted permissions.
    • Using the service for political purposes or propaganda that violates Meta's policies.
  • Sending Limits & Message Quality. The Provider and Meta establish message sending limits (rate limiting) based on account tier and phone number reputation. Accounts with high complaint rates (report/block) or low interaction quality may be restricted or suspended. The Customer is responsible for maintaining communication quality and complying with established limits.
  • Fees & Billing. The WhatsApp Service is charged based on Meta's conversation-based pricing model, plus service fees from the Provider. Detailed costs will be provided separately. The Customer agrees to pay all incurred fees according to the billing period. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Data Ownership & Privacy. The Customer retains rights to their own customer data. However, by using this service, the Customer agrees that message data (metadata and content) will be processed by Meta according to the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. The Provider will protect the Customer's access data but is not responsible for data leaks caused by third parties (Meta) or Customer negligence.
  • Termination by Meta. The Provider cannot control Meta's decision to suspend or terminate the Customer's API access directly. If the Customer's account is suspended/terminated by Meta due to violations, the Provider is not obligated to provide a refund and reserves the right to discontinue support services.
  • Technical Support. The Provider provides technical support related to API integration and connection maintenance. Support does not include message content creation, campaign strategy, or dispute resolution with end-users. Issue resolution requiring Meta's intervention (such as suspension appeals) will be assisted to the best of our ability but success is not guaranteed.
  • Service Termination by Provider. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the WhatsApp Service to the Customer with notice if:
    • The Customer violates these terms or Meta's terms.
    • The Customer fails to pay service fees.
    • Required to comply with legal orders or government regulations.
    • WhatsApp Service from Meta is no longer available or supported.
  • Disclaimer. The service is provided "as-is". The Provider does not guarantee that the WhatsApp Service will be free from interruptions, errors, or always available. The Provider is not a party to the contract between the Customer and Meta, therefore the primary responsibility for compliance with Meta's policies lies with the Customer.

By activating or using the WhatsApp Business API Service, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this section, as well as the terms from Meta referenced above.

Facebook Login Dialog & App Details Terms of Service

This section governs the use of Facebook Login Dialog and the application detail requirements that must be complied with by the Customer when developing or integrating applications with Facebook authentication services.

  • General Agreement. By using Facebook Login Dialog, the Customer agrees to:
  • Login Dialog Requirements. The Customer must implement Facebook Login Dialog according to the following requirements:
    • Clear Description: Must provide clear and accurate description of the reason for requesting each data permission
    • Progressive Permissions: Only request permissions when needed (progressive permission)
    • Logout Option: Provide clear and easily accessible logout mechanism
    • Login Status Validation: Periodically check user login status
    • Informative Error Messages: Display helpful error messages if login fails
  • Application Details Requirements. The Customer must complete application information correctly:
    • Application Name: Name must reflect application function and not be misleading
    • Application Description: Accurately and completely describe application function
    • Application Category: Select category appropriate to the main function of the application
    • Application Logo: Logo must be original, not violate copyright, and have adequate resolution
    • Support Contact: Provide active email or contact form
    • Privacy Policy URL: Valid URL to the application's privacy policy
    • Terms of Service URL: Valid URL to the application's terms of service
  • Mandatory Privacy Policy. Every application using Facebook Login must have a privacy policy that includes:
    • Types of Data Collected: Specifically describe what data is collected through Facebook Login
    • Purpose of Data Use: Explain how the data will be used
    • Data Storage: Inform where and how data is stored
    • Data Sharing: Disclose if data is shared with third parties
    • User Rights: Explain user rights to access, correct, or delete data
    • Data Security: Describe security measures implemented
    • Contact: Provide contact information for privacy inquiries
  • Data Permissions. Use of data permissions must comply with the following rules:
    • Minimum Data: Only request data necessary for application function
    • Explicit Consent: Request user consent before accessing sensitive data
    • Permission Updates: Request new permissions if there are functional changes requiring additional data
    • Prohibited Permissions: Do not request permissions for data irrelevant to application function
  • User Experience (UX). Facebook Login implementation must provide good user experience:
    • Loading Time: Dialog loading time should not be excessive
    • Responsive: Must be responsive across various devices and screen sizes
    • Accessibility: Consider accessibility for users with disabilities
    • Language: Provide appropriate translations if application is available in multiple languages
  • Facebook Review and Approval.
    • Review Process: Applications may need to go through Facebook's review process before public use
    • Continuous Compliance: Applications must remain compliant throughout their usage period
    • Update Review: Significant changes to applications may require re-review
    • Suspension: Facebook reserves the right to suspend applications violating terms
  • Security and Data Protection.
    • Access Tokens: Must securely store access tokens and not expose them to clients
    • Token Validation: Validate access tokens before using them
    • Encryption: Encrypt sensitive data during transmission and storage
    • Security Updates: Regularly update applications to address security vulnerabilities
  • General Prohibitions. The Customer is prohibited from:
    • Using Facebook Login for applications that violate laws
    • Hiding or disguising the purpose of data collection
    • Sharing user data without explicit consent
    • Using data for purposes beyond what was disclosed
    • Creating fake or deceptive applications
    • Data scraping or mass data collection without permission
  • Customer Responsibility.
    • The Customer is fully responsible for compliance with all Facebook terms
    • The Customer must update application information if changes occur
    • The Customer must respond to user requests regarding their personal data
    • The Customer must report data security breaches to Facebook and affected users
  • Provider Liability Limitations. The Provider ("cybernet.co.id") is not responsible for:
    • Violation of Facebook terms by the Customer
    • Suspension or deletion of applications by Facebook
    • Losses due to Facebook policy or API changes
    • Technical issues on the Facebook platform side
    • Legal claims related to the Customer's use of Facebook Login
  • Service Termination. The Provider has the right to terminate support for Facebook Login integration if:
    • The Customer is proven to violate these terms or Facebook terms
    • The Customer's application is suspended or removed by Facebook
    • Serious security negligence occurs
    • Required to comply with legal orders

Example of Correct Implementation:
"Our application requests access to your email address to send important notifications. Name and profile photo are used for personalizing experience. You can revoke this access anytime through your Facebook settings. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without your consent."

Example of Incorrect Implementation:
"Login with Facebook to access the application" (without explaining what data is accessed and for what purpose).

By using Facebook Login Dialog through our services, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this section. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their application complies with all applicable Facebook requirements.

Domain Ownership

The Provider is not the owner or manager of domains; the Provider only assists customers in domain registration (reseller).

Customers will also agree to all terms and conditions, as well as policies made by the central domain provider.

Domains registered through the Provider ("cybernet.co.id") are in the form of a loan. The purchase (ownership) referred to is the usage period and features of the service, or access rights to the domain.

If in the future the domain cannot be used or its activation is revoked by the provider or domain registrant, it is outside the responsibility of the Provider ("cybernet.co.id").

The Provider is also not responsible for domain names that have been previously registered by other parties due to delays in the payment completion process caused by system errors, the Provider's operating hours, or other disruptions to the system and registrant.

All activities and policies made by the Provider for Indonesian domain registration agree to the rules of the Indonesian Internet Domain Name Manager (PANDI) and/or other regulations related to consumer protection in Indonesia.

Ordering & Payment

  • Service Fees. The Provider is a paid hosting product and service provider. You can obtain services based on previously purchased packages.
    Any addition of features and services may incur additional charges and applicable terms and conditions.
  • Product & Service Ordering. When a customer purchases services from the Provider, the customer may receive another contract outside of this terms of service for some special conditions, such as requests for additional services or requests for other features outside the package.
    Separate purchase contracts have clauses different from the contents of this terms of service, and the applicability of provisions within this document may change according to the agreement of the parties.
    The agreement and clauses in the contract document will take effect when you receive purchase confirmation from cybernet.co.id. The contract validity period will be determined based on the package or may be arranged later based on mutual agreement of the parties.
  • System Confirmation. Every purchase and payment must be confirmed by the system. Failure of package activation is not the responsibility of cybernet.co.id. Therefore, please confirm directly after payment.
  • Delay. The Provider grants a suspension period of 2 (two) days for accounts that have entered the payment due date (renewal) and 7 (seven) days before the account is permanently deleted (terminated) from the system.
    Backup and restore services cannot be performed while a Customer's account is suspended due to late payment. The Customer must reactivate the account before submitting such requests.
    Payment delays exceeding the due date timeframe may result in the account being permanently deleted (terminated).
    The Customer must re-register (renewal) to use the Provider's services.
    The Provider is also not responsible for domains that cannot be used because they have been taken by others after termination.
    Therefore, the Customer must register with a new domain.
  • Account Deletion. Customer accounts with unconfirmed payments will not be activated and will be automatically deleted by the system within the specified timeframe.
    Any payments made for terminated or permanently deleted accounts cannot be claimed for a refund.
    The Customer must purchase a service package and installation to activate an account that has been terminated (deleted).
  • Loss Claims. cybernet.co.id does not accept refund claims for activation failures. However, we will replace it with service re-activation according to the purchased package.
  • Overpayment. The Provider cannot refund overpayments caused by customer negligence. However, the Provider will credit the remaining overpayment to the customer's credit balance.
    The Customer's credit balance can only be used while the account is active and will be deleted if the Customer decides to end the subscription at cybernet.co.id. Account deletion may also occur due to certain reasons, such as not paying service fees beyond the due date.

Violations & Actions

  • Usage Ethics. The second party must understand the usage ethics of hosting services from cybernet.co.id. Usage beyond reasonable limits constitutes a violation of service usage ethics.
  • Spam. Any activities aimed at spamming will not be tolerated by cybernet.co.id's policy.
  • Hacking and Unauthorized Access. Any activities potentially damaging and/or retrieving information from the cybernet.co.id server are illegal and unauthorized actions.

Each violation will be subject to actions in the form of sanctions, ranging from suspension for minor violations (ethics) and service cancellation for serious violations (hacking and repetition).

Any service cancellation caused by violations does not receive a refund for the purchased package.

Service & Price Changes

Every product, type, and specification of service may change at any time without prior notice from the Provider.

Customers will receive notifications of price and service changes when renewing the service on the day the package duration expires.

Any losses, both material and immaterial, of the second party are not the responsibility of cybernet.co.id.

Service Cancellation Rules

cybernet.co.id guarantees cancellation of every service package and product purchase made by the second party.

Such cancellation will also be guaranteed with a purchase package refund guarantee of 100% money back with the following terms and conditions:

  • The 100% money-back guarantee is only valid for a duration of 30 days after the customer officially makes the package purchase.
  • The 100% money-back guarantee does not apply to service renewals and upgrades.
  • The guarantee only applies to service package purchases of at least one year.
  • For service purchases under 1 year, the 100% money-back guarantee is only valid for a duration of 7 days after ordering.
  • The money-back guarantee applies to Shared Hosting services only.
  • The cancellation guarantee is only valid once.
  • If the hosting to be canceled is free domain hosting, then for the refund we will deduct the domain cost according to the normal price of that domain.

This cancellation rule applies to both parties, both the second party and cybernet.co.id.

Refund Procedure

The Customer must send an official "Refund Request" notification email to the Provider.

The Provider will process the refund request within 14 working days after the request is approved.

Funds will be returned via transfer to a BCA or Mandiri bank account.

If the second party uses an account from another bank, a transfer fee of Rp 6,500 will be charged.

Data Backup

The Provider provides technical assistance facilities in the form of data protection (Backup) on the cybernet.co.id hosting server.

Data backup facilities can only be used for Shared Hosting, Email Hosting, and Reseller Hosting services and packages.

The backup duration is once a week with a data amount not exceeding 10 Gigabytes or 250,000 inodes.

Every data that the second party requests for backup will overwrite the previously backed-up data. cybernet.co.id is not responsible for the accuracy and success rate of data backup.

All these data backup facilities can be used free of charge subject to the above terms.

CyberNet also provides free data restore facilities once per month. If the second party requests additional data restore facilities, the Provider will charge Rp 100,000/GB.

Warranty & Compensation

The Provider will guarantee and provide a warranty for service errors in the form of hosting fee refund as an extension of free service duration or a one-month hosting fee credit refund.

The compensation value will be adjusted to the type of package used by the second party. Compensation is also only given due to Provider error.

Any failures and errors that occur due to third parties are not the responsibility of the Provider.

Force Majeure

Force majeure is a compelling circumstance beyond human control and ability. Force majeure includes natural disasters, fires, emergencies, and other conditions regulated by laws and/or their derivative regulations.

Any errors that occur due to internet connection and other disruptions caused by third parties are included in force majeure.

This force majeure policy also includes all types of attacks and disruptions from external parties (DDOS, etc.) aimed at destruction, unauthorized access, and data destruction.

System errors that cause losses or service disruptions from cybernet.co.id cannot be claimed for compensation or lawsuits until the second party can prove in court that it is not force majeure.

Regulations & Dispute Resolution

All services and products from cybernet.co.id will be implemented based on the ITE Law, Consumer Protection Law, and other related laws and regulations.

The parties will pursue dispute resolution through mutual deliberation before bringing the dispute to court.

Disputes arising from agreements, contracts, and arrangements, whether oral or written, made by the "customer" with a "developer" or other party appointed by the "customer" to develop their site are not the responsibility of the Provider.

The Provider will only process claims from parties who can provide the strongest evidence (contract, court decision, etc.).

Legal Disclosure Policy

The Provider strongly supports legal transparency in Indonesia. Therefore, any access by authorized institutions for investigation process needs to accounts belonging to customers cannot be challenged in any form.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Provider has the right to change, add, reduce, and delete provisions in this terms of service with or without notification to the customer.

Any changes to the terms and conditions can be known from the "updated since" statement at the top and/or bottom of these terms.

Conclusion

By reading all articles, terms and conditions contained in this terms of service, the parties are deemed to understand and comprehend every legal consequence that occurs in the event of a violation or condition outside the agreement.

The Customer must agree to all contents of this terms of service document to be able to use the Provider's services.
